Your mission

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 
• Monitoring and analysis of the company’s financial performance 
• Preparation of financial reports and forecasts 
• Budget monitoring and control, cash flow planning, and forecasts 
• Identification and analysis of variances and development of action recommendations 
• Support in the development of controlling processes and instruments 
• Collaboration with the Norwegian finance team and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information 
• Assisting our external accounting office 
• Support in monthly invoicing 

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a digital environment 
• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a related field 
• Excellent knowledge in the preparation of financial reports and the analysis of financial data
• Good understanding of tax regulations and other regulatory requirements 
• High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work in a team 
• Proficient in using MS Office (with a focus on Excel) 
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
