Your mission
Advising our clients, developing ideas and initiatives for their digital growth based on your up-to-date knowledge about innovative technologies (apps, software, AI, chatbots, big data etc.)
Managing the client communication in every workstream of the business model and product development through agile coaching
Owning the product roadmap and ensuring connected prioritization
Translating client requirements into work packages and ensure goals and objectives are well understood by all team members
Conduct tests for the developed hypotheses
Organize and run workshopswith all stakeholders
By using agile methods, you plan sprints, create, maintain and prioritize backlogs in Confluence & Jira, plan reviews,deadlinesandretrospectives
Oversee the development and the sprint cycles, evaluating progress at every stage
Enabling a culture of high performance and service delivery, including exemplary cross-team working and effective communication
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the market, analyze user figures and competitors
Your profile
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Experience working with Scrum teams and the application of Agile techniques and practices
High level of management skills and experience working in high-performing and fast-paced environments
Extensive technical understanding within decoupled software architecture (headless CMS and REACT frontends) and substantial experience working with DXP platforms and eCommerce architectures
Experience working with Confluence, Jira & Jira Service Desk, or Azure DevOps
At least 7 years working experience in a Product Owner (for web applications and/or intranet solutions) or Product Manager role
University Degree in computer science, IT, business or a related field
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Ihr Profil
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Kollegen und Stakeholder zu begeistern, zu beeinflussen und zu inspirieren, um Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung zu fördern
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Scrum-Teams und der Anwendung agiler Techniken und Praktiken
Hohe Managementfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in leistungsstarken und schnelllebigen Umgebungen
Umfassendes technisches Verständnis in entkoppelter Softwarearchitektur (Headless CMS und REACT-Frontends) und umfangreiche Erfahrung mit DXP-Plattformen und E-Commerce-Architekturen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Confluence, Jira & Jira Service Desk oder Azure DevOps
Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner (für Webanwendungen und/oder Intranet-Lösungen) oder in einer Product-Manager-Rolle
Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
